Distances to tourist sites, lakes etc

1. At booking request please state number of persons, postal adress + phone number and e-mail where you can be reached.
2. Also already at booking request, state if any extras are wanted according to price list
3. 1000 SEK per booked week must be paid in advance, no later than 5 workdays after confirmation is received, otherwise the booking will be cancelled
4. The rest of the rental fee is paid no later than arrival day, when obtaining the keys. (Full advance fee is allowed!)
5. When booking a full week the low-season price will only apply if the whole week is in the low-season period.
6. Cancellation:
   Cancellation at least 4 weeks before planned arrival, any advance fee will be repaid except for the minimum advance fee of 1000 SEK.
   Cancellation at least 2 weeks before planned arrival, half of the rental fee will be due to pay.
   Cancellation later than that will make the whole rental fee due to pay.
